Order Processing

All prints are made to order and produced by a professional photo lab in Germany.

  • Production time: 7–14 business days depending on the product type and size.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 4–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, holidays, or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product size, weight, and destination.

  • Oversized works (over 125 cm edge length) may require special two-person delivery.

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the product type.

Neutral Packaging

Orders within the EU can be shipped in neutral packaging (no visible branding or prices).
For orders outside the EU, customs regulations require sender and value details on the package.

Customs & Duties

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
