Refund policy

General Information

Due to the nature of our business, we operate on a print-on-demand model, creating unique, custom products specifically for each customer's order. This means that once an order is placed, the product is created and produced specifically for you, and we do not hold a stock of pre-made items.

Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Please be aware that under the laws governing distance contracts, a right of withdrawal (or a 14-day return period) does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

As all of the products in our webshop are custom-made according to your specific order and design choices, they fall under this exclusion. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error in design.

Returns for Quality Issues, Defects, or Damage

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a defect, quality issue, or is damaged during transport, you are entitled to a return or a replacement.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the defect or damage

  • Photographs clearly showing the issue with the product and the packaging (if applicable).

Upon review, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement of the same product or a full refund.

Cancellations

Because your order goes into production very quickly after it is placed, we are generally unable to accept cancellations. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the production process has not yet begun, but this is not guaranteed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
